CMIP6 dataset via TiTiler-Xarray causes critical error

Opening "Exploration" for the CMIP6 Daily GISS-E2-1-G Near-Surface Air Temperature (demo subset) in the VEDA Dashboard currently causes a critical error:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/dashboard/data-catalog/combined_CMIP6_daily_GISS-E2-1-G_tas_kerchunk_DEMO/explore

Acceptance criteria

• Exploration of the dataset works again

Problem is once again missing/invalid data on the api response (summaries). Added a catch, like the A&E page has. PR: NASA-IMPACT/veda-ui#769

I manually added back the summaries in staging to resolve the error:

Let's keep this open until we make a PR in veda-data that includes those summaries for future protection.

Noting that this is the old issue about summaries, which perhaps went missing in the context of NASA-IMPACT/veda-data#86.

We may need to add the summaries to the offline config in veda-data, too.
