It looks as if all of the above are ready or close to ready, does it make sense to combine testing for ufs-weather-model?

• Testing on #552 - hasn’t been bumped up to top of the queue
• Test #549, #558 and #562 together?
  • Seems OK to people
  • Courtney to merge other two into constituents PR and link to the other PRs
  • To get into queue: we tell them we’re ready and then they’re in charge
  • Dustin will tell them we’re ready
• Issue #565 - updates in Dom’s PR
