Error 404 occoured when trying to download WRF_HYDRO_DOCKER_DATA #139

When I tried to download WRF_HYDRO_DOCKER_DATA from https://drive.google.com/open?id=1NY9YdVLcJMIqE6ibLVyKe1fJ-Eoj74Kr (which is shown on README.md), a 404 error occoured and the file cannot be correctly download.

Is the URL correct? Or there is something wrong with my network?

Thanks for pointing this out.

It looks like this is a permissions issue (the datasets inside that need to be public are - as far as I'm aware, but the full folder is not). To be honest I'm not sure why we had this linked here to start with since it's really more for internal use.

Is there something in particular you were looking for?
