[Docs] link existing VIBSO terms to the CHARISMA wiki

In the Synergies Call with the CHARISMA team we've agreed to join forces by reusing the terms they have already identified and defined whenever possible for the creation of their ontological equivalents in VIBSO and to feedback the IRI of these VIBSO equivalents. To do so we will use:

• in VIBSO we'll be using the link to the relevant CHARISMA term as definition source
• in CHARISMA we'll provide the VIBSO term IRIs of the equivalent terms using the property https://wiki.charisma.ideaconsult.net/wiki/Property:P11
  • to do so one needs to have an account in the CHARIMA wiki

• add section to the docs that reflects this for future NTRs
• make links for existing terms and open NTRs
