[Docs] add section to explain how to work with CHARISMA wiki

As discussed in our March call, we want to reuse the work done in the CHARISMA project, as they identify and define domain specific terms as well. So we need to add a section to the VIBSO docs which covers:

• very briefly why we collaborate and how (via adding and discussing terms defined there)
• how to get access to the CHARISMAL wiki
• link to their how to create a term docs
• link to an example discussion page
