Regional scale model assessment in Vestfold and Telemark?

[This issue does not apply to development work in 2022, but should be considered in the follow-up project during 2023].

Statsforvalteren i Vestfold og Telemark are interested in testing/evaluating the new TEOTIL model as part of a regional scale assessment (see e-mail from Gunnar Kleven forwarded by Jon Lasse on 23.08.2022 at 17:03 for details). Output from the new model could perhaps be compared to results from the existing workflow used by Statsforvalteren, although we'll need to check that spatial scales etc. are broadly compatible.

Requirements should be discussed in more detail and written into the proposal for the follow-up work in 2023.
