Nice - Users can adjust the priority of their own jobs by setting the nice value on their jobs
If we add this optional parameter to run_workflow, we add a possibility for (future) BIOMERO scripts to limit / raise job priority based on the user or group that starts the BIOMERO script.
This is a cheap alternative to allowing per-user SSH keys (with possibly different roles/priorities/powers inside Slurm).

Like the system nice, positive values negatively impact a job's
priority and positive values increase a job's priority
● Only privileged users can specify a negative value
● The adjustment range is +/-2147483645.
