- update MODULEPATH for new Rocky9 spack-stack location - update stack_intel_ver and stack_impi_ver to versions within Rocky9 spack-stack - update spack_stack_ver=1.6.0 and spack_env=gsi-addon-env - update VERSION to new v1.0.2 for this update Refs NOAA-EMC#29
- also revert spack_env variable change Refs NOAA-EMC#29
