Stage Based CatFIM Color Ramp

Currently Stage Based CatFIM displays every foot in the wonky line pattern that makes it hard to distinguish area thats in a certain category. So this ticket is more of an exploratoy effort to see if there is a better way to visualize the area between feet in a category. If we could blend it towards the next color, or just fill in the area as a trasparency version of the lower end. We can discuss options but the lines are difficult for people to decipher area inside or outside of the flood stage.
