FLASC nomenclature

This discussion builds on the issue identified #198 to establish a fixed nomenclature for FLASC. As can be seen in @misi9170 's comment in that issue, this can be separated into two tables and several actions.

• Make sure the code complies with all nomenclature decisions
• Update documentation with a page on nomenclautre

List 1: Labels in main dataframe

pow_	Turbine Power	kW
yaw_	Yaw heading of the turbine with respect to North	degrees
wd_	Wind direction measured at the turbine with respect to North	degrees
vane_	Wind direction measured at turbine with respect to turbine heading	degrees
ws_	Wind speed measured at the turbine	m/s
