DS: Testing New DS with EDDE

we want to test our current updated libraries (colors, typography, and grid) in the new design system to visualize how the new guidelines will look in an existing dcp application, which we have determined to be edde.

we'll be doing:

• accessibility testing: if text and colors follow wcag standards
• documentation testing: if a designer is able to follow the design system successfully with the documentation provided
• overall visualization: if the app appears to be consistent and appealing
