  • AFTER UPDATE IS FINISHED

    • Change text of initial pop-up on opening the application to "NYC Population FactFinder has been updated with 2018-2022 American Community Survey (ACS) data and with Detailed Race/Ethnicity Responses from the 2020 Census. 2017-2021 ACS data are still available in the ACS sub-section of NYC City Planning’s Population Division website."

Also using this PR to address PFF feedback in this comment in ADO Issue # 16167

Updating the label copy for the Detailed Race and Ethnicity table.

"Detailed race and ethnicity data represent the count of people identifying with each group. This count includes people identifying solely with a particular group and people identifying with multiple groups. Tract-level noise & suppression can result in compounded error for aggregate geographies. See 'About' page for more information. (Also note that detailed race and ethnicity data are unavailable for census block and Community District geographies and will display as 0.)"
