Meetings of Members

Members are entitled to:

1. receive the accounts of the Foundation for each financial year;

2. receive an annual written report on the Foundation’s activities; and

3. appoint reporting accountants or auditors for the Foundation (unless such accountants or auditors are automatically deemed reappointed).

The Board shall call a general meeting if required to do so by the Members.
