Possible to click on multiple duplicate image locations ?

Is it possible for SmartAutoClicker to detect more than one image at a particular moment ? For example in a memory app where it displays many cards at once and you have to click on the duplicate cards to match them. These cards are displayed real fast and then disappear and flip over, and I was trying to figure a way to program SmartAutoClicker to be able to detect the cards for example a card with a "K" and then click on them all a few moments later at their corresponding positions once the cards are flipped over and ready to click. Is that possible ?

Because at the moment with my logic the app just detects one of the six cards and then clicks on that position and only repeats just that one card, but I need it to click on all six positions
