As of V1.2.0, the ProgressBar does not correctly theme itself when Dark Mode is activated.

This is likely because WinForms ProgressBar does not properly support theming (as per several Stack Overflow questions I found), and as such a workaround may be needed.

Stack Overflow suggestions for this involve suggestions that may break this feature on Linux/SteamOS, and therefore implementation of this function & testing specifically on Linux would be welcome.
