Add justification/context and adjust graphs on the Portal to be useful for other people to look at (e.g. DCP, metric wanters) #533

There are currently 3 pages of site statistics:

The graphs are getting muuuuuch nicer courtesy of #532 (❤️) but it would be good to think a bit more about what we could do with these pages.

Suggestions:

Add some text to contextualise the statistics. What do they mean, where do they come from etc.
Add any more specific graphs/metrics that would be useful for those at the Museum who need Portal-based metrics.
Perhaps we could integrate some of the data that comes from @essvee's https://github.com/NaturalHistoryMuseum/daily-stats? Or even integrate those scripts into the Portal's codebase itself.
