Wagtive

Wagtive is a web app that gamifies fitness and social activity for dog owners. The goal is to provide a range of activities including mile tracking, suggested actvities (hiking trails, pet-friendly places), challenges, and more. The user can progress through various levels, the lowest being a puppy, the highest an alpha dog. With each accomplishment the user earns badges and varying point amounts. The goal is to get active with Wagtive!

Wagtive Levels

Below are the user levels with Puppy being the lowest. Each user can earn points through finishing different activities. This may include walking a mile, checking in to a location, or walking with a friend, to name a few. Each user has access to the website's leaderboard which displays the top Wagtive users.

Design Process

We used Adobe Experience Design for the initial user interface designs and Adobe Illustrator for the project assets. After design consensus we decided to build the website using Bootstrap 4.
