Lora not working right

It's as if the trigger text or keyword or whatever you call it isn't in the file. I went to "Lora Info Editor" website and drag my custom trained Lora in, it shows a limited meta data and that's all. I drag a Lora from civitai in there and it shows meta data and Dataset information, Tag frequency. It shows the keywords needed to generate with the Lora. My Lora isn't doing this even though I trained with individual text files for each photo, and used "rare tokens" like thst which I generated using the finetuning-tokens extension.

The first Lora I made worked better, it would randomly gen what I wanted and other times didn't but the new Lora doesn't generate what I want at all. I'm confused, why is there no Dataset information Tag Frequency in the custom Lora like there is with other Loras on Civitai? I know I'm missing something, how do I get this to work?

dataset with text files generated using BLIP. Text files have been edited to include the rare token "thst"

when running a manual sample, or using automatic1111 to gen, lora:thst2024-05-09_22-55-57-save-54-6-0:1 thst
it generates unreadable text and signs and has none of the data set in the generation.

I'm falling to sleep writing this so I'm going to bed.
