Support multiple provision actions during amination

When milestone 2.0 of aminator is released, we have the ability to run multiple provision actions in the chrooted volume prior to snapshotting and registering (e.g. multiple package installs, etc)

We'll need to determine a good way to specify the provision options, ordering, etc.

2 provision steps would probably solve most scenarios.
