Receiving the same message a hundred times is not very affective, the best way to draw attention from MEPs is with personalised letters, but the second best thing is to have at least a set of messages where we randomly select one each time.
Keep in mind that the mail message should never be above 1440 chars cause of the max length limitations of mailto links in thunderbird/win7.

This seems feasible. Right now the text itself is in the template. We'd need to remove it into a separate file and create config for it. (#10)
