Okay, could we better specify what you need?

  • How do you want the configuration for the BCT measures look like?
  • Which measures would you like implemented?

Hi,
I would like to have the big ones:
-Degree
-Density
-Modularity (newmans Q)
-local Efficiency
-global efficiency
-Strength
-Clustering Coefficient

For all them I would implement weighted + undirected AND weighted + directed AND binary + unidrected AND binary + directed formulas. But of course I see that this might be aot of work and maybe you can start with the weighted + undirected ones?

Regarding the configuration; it would be great if you could implement it that way, that the graph parameter are being calculated over all subjects (e.g. 3d_matrices with subjects stored in the third dimension). I have a matlab code for this if you want.

If this all to much and to complicated, I would refer to the BCT with the option of pypes delivering the required 3-D Matrix! What do you think about that?
