Please use the latest versions of EEM's defines, production_types, goods, inventions, technologies, and their localizations.
This is a very important! It sounds dumb but without lowering FACTORY_PURCHASE_MIN_FACTOR to 0.5 (and potentially deleting the comma after FACTORY_PURCHASE_DRAWDOWN_FACTOR = 0.025) the economy shits itself and the AI goes broke really often.
Ideally you update it to the newest EEM version completely but those are the most important files.

If you're lazy though just lower FACTORY_PURCHASE_MIN_FACTOR to 0.5 and delete the comma after FACTORY_PURCHASE_DRAWDOWN_FACTOR = 0.025, this is very important!
