Contributing to Data Anonymization Tool

We welcome contributions to the Data Anonymization Tool project and are grateful for every kind of contribution, including bug reports, feature requests, and code contributions.

How to Contribute

Reporting Bugs

Bugs are tracked as GitHub issues. If you find a bug in the project, please:

  1. Check if the bug is already reported in the Issues section.
  2. If the bug has not been reported, create a new issue with a detailed description, including as much relevant information as possible.

Feature Requests

We are always open to new ideas and improvements. If you have a suggestion:

  1. First, check if the feature has already been suggested in the Issues section.
  2. If not, submit a new issue, clearly explaining the feature idea and its benefits.

Submitting Changes

Please follow these steps if you want to contribute to the codebase:

  1. Fork the repository.
  2. Create a new branch for your feature (git checkout -b feature/YourFeature).
  3. Make your changes in the new branch.
  4. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some YourFeature').
  5. Push to the branch (git push origin feature/YourFeature).
  6. Create a Pull Request.

Please follow the code style and testing guidelines, if applicable, in your contributions.
