https://www.sunday-webry.com, an online manga service that posts new chapters of series like Pokémon Special, just went into maintenance to upgrade its reading software to https://gl.access-company.com/products/dpub/publus_reader/ which makes pages scrambled like this when attempting to save them:
What are our options for the site? Is it possible to decrypt the files or at least download them at their native resolution by spoofing that resolution on a desktop and PrintScreen and cropping in MangaRipper, or are there any other options? If so, can support for the site be added to MangaRipper?

I don't think anyone will even consider to add it. First of all, the website is completely in Japanese, Only this makes the work with it damn hard. And you mentioned some encryption? Grate, it just became much harder.
So sorry, but I think you need to try some another downloader.
It can be done. But this is just my hobby project, I cannot spend much time and keeping add support for new site. But if you know programming and want to support it. You're welcome to create a pull request. :)
