I saw someone did some extra conding to support the password in the URL, but I was wondering if anyone had added code to support starting and stopping recordings as well? I'm trying to schedule remote start/stop and starting is easy by using scripts and the built in output timers. However, if I need to start a second session of recording it starts a new instance of OBS. I'd rather just send a URL command to the WebSocket server to start/stop the recording within the same OBS instance already running in memory.
