Docker registry

Hi @matsbn, I just wanted to mention that we started using Github Container Registry under NorESMhub account for hosting the docker image for NorESM_LansSites_Platform (https://github.com/NorESMhub/NorESM_LandSites_Platform/pkgs/container/noresm_land_sites_platform).

The current image size is about 3GB. I don't know if there are any restrictions on this account but wanted to check with you first before we stick to this as a permanent solution. Let me know if there are any concerns or issues we should be aware of.

We originally wanted to use Docker Hub but looks like they don't offer free organization accounts anymore.
