How to receive a skip on stock.quant skip_negative_qty_check

I saw in the file that stock.move has "moves_with_no_check = self.filtered(lambda x: x.is_subcontract).with_context(
skip_negative_qty_check=True
)", but it is not possible to obtain skip_negative_qty_check in the stock.quantity output
