Add a private message system

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While it's great to have communicaation over Telegram or Discord, a user suggested it would be cool to be able to send private messages on the platform. YouTube had it for some time, but then they disabled it.

I don't think we plan to add this anytime soon, and when we do get to it, this issue would be opened on the commetron repo first. Will move there..

Jasmin suggested on the regional meeting that this could be a great feature for memberships:
The channel owner could either allow DMs from anyone, just followers, just tier 1 (tier 2,3 and so on) members and also embedding some kind of tipping system into the DMs, so we could have special personal services like onlyfans going on, just without the mature content.
