Can the file just be automatically uploaded after selection, without the extra button click?

personally, cant see the point. you would not go through the process of selecting a file if you didn't want to use it (and upload). Just a spurious step in the upload process. Maybe, also, can we DRAG AND DROP the file, instead of selecting the BROWSE button? (you can drag and drop the video file)

It may not be in the right aspect ratio and may look strange in the preview, and then you'd want to choose another/resize. That's probably the main reason.
