Having difficulty when trying to use the Power BI template with the PMO Accelerator on a non-default environment. Roadmap is running on the default environment (P4W and PMO Accelerator were originally deployed here before we decided to run them on new environment) and P4W with PMO Accelerator are on a different environment.

The error occurs when initially deploying the Power BI template after selecting File > Import and entering the url to the environment running Accelerator. The queries are stopped because one does not run. If I click to edit the report, I can see that the Roadmap query cannot run because the main parameter is set to the non-default environment url I entered and not the one that has Roadmap on it.

Does this mean:

  1. I need to deploy Roadmap (is this the Portfolio Service) to the different environment
  2. I need to add an additional parameter so that the Power BI template accesses both environments and looks to the second environment for Roadmap? P4W and PMO Accelerator were originally deployed to the default, but later decided to use a second environment for them instead.
  3. If I'm also using a DEV environment, how do I get this to work so I can create a solution that I can layer on the PMO Accelerator in the non-default environment?
