Power BI Report not working outside of Default Environment

I'm having quite a few issues:
1- Power BI Report is working ONLY in my default environment. HOWEVER, some pages, such as "Requests Dashboard" do not show any data, when I have project Requests submitted, some approved, but no information on the Report about them.
2 - Power BI Template was deployed and connected to the reports page in a developer and Sandbox environment. The connect was successful. I can see the report, but all pages show "BLANKS" and no actual data is being transmitted from the projects in these environments to the report (These are test projects, but they have project managers, risks, changes, tasks with durations and milestones, etc.)
3 - The Status Tab under the Projects Page doesn't update to show my current active risks and changes.

Any guidance on how to solve these issues?
