PROBLEM

There is code in this repository developed by different organizations with different 'styles'. Should we develop a "C4" - Collective Code Construction Contract. An example is at http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:42/C4/

POTENTIAL SOLUTION

If http://rfc.zeromq.org/spec:42/C4/ seems reasonable to the software developers already working on code, then just copy it into this repository. If aspects need to be changed, then change them. Or draft a new one from scratch

Has anyone objected to this potential solution? If not, then should we bring it up at the next biweekly and close this matter?
