POTENTIAL SOLUTION

Actuator Profiles should be produced to describe actions, targets, and modifiers necessary to command and control that actuator. The current draft SDN Profile should be used as a model. Authors should think about a minimum set as well as an expanded set of functionality. Focused development on actuator profiles should also help to provide further updates to the Language Description Document.
