Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

PR #1113 updated many pages to RTK. The compare graphics pages (src/client/app/components/MultiCompareChartComponent.tsx, src/client/app/containers/CompareChartContainer.ts) still need to be revised.

Update to RTK.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None other than leave as is.

Additional context

This is the last piece of issue #888 and replaces that one.
