Project is not listed in liberty dashboard automatically if we add project to a workspace with more than two projects

When a project is added to a workspace containing more than one projects it is not getting detected in the Liberty dashboard automatically , user needs to manually refresh the dashboard to get this listed . see the below

Similar issue is observed when we try to add a project to a saved workspace containing only one project , see below
