Text symbol font drop-down menu displays illegible blurs

Steps to reproduce

1. Create or edit text symbol
2. Under "Text settings" tab, click the drop-down menu for "Font family"

Actual behaviour

Each font option is displayed as an illegible blur

Expected behaviour

Each font option should show the name as legible text

That's just the decorator icon before the name. Maybe some screen scaling going wrong. Our user interface libs are older than Windows 11 at the moment.

@dl3sdo beat me in finding the known issue. Duplicates #1928, fixed in #1929, but not yet in an official release for windows.
