Personal Health Data

Personal Health Data is a specific type of personal data with higher levels of protection. Some services thus have a dedicated document for the associated rights and duties of data subjects, processors and controllers.

This discussion aims at identifying at least three examples of such documents across different services in order to justify the addition of that document type to Open Terms Archive.
