Orchard Harvest survey results and we need your help!

Hello!

I would like to share with you the results of the survey.
As it stands now, the shortlisted locations in Europe are Lisbon, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and Barcelona. We have also received offers from Las Vegas and possibly Chicago in the USA. Something I'd like help with is do you have any contacts in any of these cities who are specifically organizing events? ( Primarily in Europe, since some people from the US have already volunteered to help) Because we need a local organizer.

I would like to emphasize that we are not looking for a venue in the first instance, but for an organizer who can manage the venue and help run the whole thing. That said, some information that may help:
Date: mid-end May
Number of days: 2
Preferred locations in EU: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Lisbon, Frankfurt / USA: Las Vegas, Chicago (I described the reasons for these in the previous post)
Number of participants: about 60-80 people
Expected entrance fee based on the survey, which includes 2 lunches and a dinner: 300 USD
The location we need: a larger room where tables and chairs can be provided. We need sufficient electrical outlets and a projection facility with a microphone and sound system. There should be a possibility to record the presentations. It is also important that presentations are not disturbed by other sounds and that they can be taken out from morning until late afternoon. Also, eating and drinking should be allowed inside. 60-80 people should be able to sit comfortably. Bathroom facilities should also be provided. In terms of location, it is important that it is easily accessible by public transport and that there are restaurants and accommodation facilities in the area.
