Training Demo now easier to use without Node and submodules

The well-known Orchard Core tutorial module, Training Demo, just got an important update: It got much simpler!

Based on the feedback of @MikeAlhayek and @MarGraz under Lombiq/Orchard-Training-Demo-Module#131, and also due to what others indirectly told, working with the Training Demo required too much environment setup. This, especially for someone who's a newcomer not just to Orchard Core but also (.NET) web development, was prohibitive.

Now, you just have to clone/download the source of the Training Demo itself, open the solution, hit F5 (or run it from the .NET CLI), and you're ready to go!
