Looking for some tips to troubleshoot the excpetion "database table is locked" when using Sqlite

Sometimes I got this exception:

I was supposed this to be a general programing issue which should not be posted to OC discussion for help. Until I found "ModularTenantContainerMiddleware" in the call stack, then I think I may can get some tips from here with lucky.

I normally get above exception when I save an edited CustomSetting. The content part of the CustomSetting only has three ContentFields. I know the exception that may be thrown during concurrency write to database table. But the CustomSetting update just a regular operation, I can't see any concurrency write from above exception.

That happens when the previous transaction / session has not closed.
