Hello, I assumed C5 Public Transport is referring to LOCAL transportation (subways, trains, buses to get around Toronto, or Paris for example). Is that so? Or is public transport also referring to intercity transportation also? The reason I ask is that in France, intercity trains did require the vaccine pass, but never local (within city) trains. OxCGRT shows C5 for unvaccinated as a "2" (closed) late 2021 to early 2022. I would not have put it as a "2" based on my definition of public transport as being local transport. I looked through all the documentation but could not find a definition of what is meant by C5 Public Transport. If you could clarify that would be most appreciated.
