404 Error

Earlier today I attempted to set up Miiverse World, and the database is connected, the files are in the right place, however, the server tells me that the requested URL, /index.php, cannot be found on the server. Any help?

i'm sure you don't care about this anymore but miiverse world was never finished so it's not gonna work. unless you edit the .htaccess file to point to a new index
