Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I needed to rearrange my todos, there was no option for that.

Describe the solution you'd like
I guess allowing them to be arranged by drag and drop is a good solution.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hmm, deleting current todos and writing them all over again? XD

Additional context
Tested with the second alpha available on the Google Play.
