Cannot create literature notes after upgrade to zotero 7

I can no longer create literature notes from zotero items added/created after the upgrade to zotero 7. Older items (added before the switch) still generate literature notes using the exact same settings in zotero 7 and the plugins.

When trying to create a literature note from a recently added/created item, obsidian throws up the error message "Item not found" followed by a four digit code. (I presume the four digit value meant to appear as the "zt-attachment" property?) The issue persists for both items with and without attachments added after the update, but does not occur with items added before the update.

This is what the console shows each time I try to generate. The 4150 following id matches the missing item in the error message:
Received URL action Object action : "zotero/export" items[0] : "{\"key\":\"TBSIB385\",\"id\":4150,\"libraryID\":1}" type : "item" version : "1.0.1" [[Prototype]] : Object

Any help figuring out how to get this working with newly added items is greatly appreciated!!

Thank you, I did and the issue can to some extent be fixed by updating and refreshing, but persist whenever new items are added. It then takes a restart of zotero to allow for the creation of notes from newly added items. Somehow, links to item ids can only be found once the program has been shut down and restarted since the addition of any entries.
