Issue Description
If you shove someone who's facing north while buckled in a wheelchair, into a vender, then buckle yourself into the wheelchair, it will layer over your sprite when facing south.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Set someone up near a vender, have them facing north and buckled into a wheelchair.
Shove them in, drag your sprite onto the wheelchair and face north.
When did the problem start happening?
just noticed it tonight.
Extra information
Exiting and reentering the wheelchair fixes it.
Relevant log output/runtime error
