Describe the feature.

Currently the bridge requires building a separate host project where the samples use a hardcoded configuration.

Having a container image that allows configuration via json/yaml/xml provides more flexibility for ops.

making change does not require a "building" a new bridge
allows for auto-updates to the bridge in case bugs are fixed
