This is a tiny test playground written for /u/i_stole_your_swole on Reddit in response to this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/csharp/comments/8iw9u1/i_have_a_vs_2017_git_codebase_thats_25000_lines/

It demonstrates one method for shipping two versions of the same app, where one is the version typically used (MyApp) but there's an alternate version that is used in other scenarios (MyAppAlternateVersion). The solution that he arrives to in the thread is the ideal one for the situation, I just wanted to present another alternative. (In particular, I wanted to show that an application-style assembly can be consumed as a class library since I don't feel like everyone knows that.)
