The tournament name linking off site on eventreport.php is kinda silly

In general the tournament name should always link to the same thing? We could bring some consistency to bear here.

It's all well and good to ask for those "metagame url" and such but they should be a little additional bit of info on the even page, not the main thing we ever link to
