Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To keep in line with a general purpose switcher routing bridge interface, it would be useful to implement a digital Application Online feedback similar to when a classic DM chassis is connected and online or when an Evertz Router application is connected to Magnum/Nucleus.

Add Digital Application Online Feedback ToSimpl at JoinNumber = 1

Describe alternatives you've considered
Could use the offline status of the bridge itself, but that's not possible for VC4 systems and also would not truly represent the device's status, only that the bridge is connected in both programs.
