Describe the solution you'd like

Option of uploading teams with respective player id's in web panel using csv or xls.
Example template - teamname,teamtag,logoname,country,player1,player2,player3,player4,player5,player6,publicteam(boolean)

Option of downloading match stats into an .xls or csv file from Web Panel.

Additional context
See #110 as breaking this into two issues would be better. I can see this being useful to implement should I get the motivation to implement #50. Thanks for the suggestion, may actually look into different file uploads and fix the image one as well so it isn't deprecated.
